The FOX Plans are a CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) approved stand alone Prescription Drug Plan designed to appeal to Medicare beneficiaries sponsored by the employer & union group. The FOX plan features an extensive list of covered drugs (formulary), much greater than that required by Medicare. FOX uses an easy-to-understand co-payment structure, with cost savings options for both retail pharmacy and mail order service on a next day delivery basis. At FOX, we take your coverage personally with exceptional customer service, extremely large selection of covered drugs, and access to a broad range of pharmacies, both in the service area, and nationwide for members traveling away from home.
